Friday, July 13 3:00 - 7:00pm @ Sunnyside Park Pavilion
Mandatory race packet pickup will be held at the pavilion at Sunnyside Park on TONIGHT (Friday, July 13) from 3pm until 7pm. Bikes must have handle bar grips or end caps; no raw metal edges will be allowed. Kickstands are required to be used in transition areas. Bring your bike and helmet for mandatory inspection. Child must come to packet pickup to receive number markings for race. A Waiver will also need to be signed. We will have one available to sign at packet pick-up.
Tuesday, July 10 - 9:00am @ Sunnyside Park
Practice is scheduled for Tuesday, July 10 at 9am. We will meet in front of the pool to go over the transition area with the kids and go over the map of the routes. Depending on time and the number of kids at the practice, they MAY be able to get in the pool and practice the swim, but we will NOT be taking the kids on the bike or run routes. Parents can find the maps of the bike and running routes on this website. You will want to bring your any gear you plan on using, including your bathing suit, goggles, life jacket, bike, helmet, towel, t-shirt, running shoes, etc.
Sunday June 10 - 7:00pm @ Sunnyside Park:
Our next planning meeting will be Sunday, June 10 at 7pm at Sunnyside Park. This should be a short meeting, but we plan to discuss what supplies we will need in each area, any concerns from previous years that may need to be addressed in each area, and volunteer needs.
Sunday April 15 - 7:00pm @ Sunnyside Park:
(if the weather deems it necessary, we will switch the meeting location to the BPS Elementary Cafeteria). During this meeting we will be looking at possible changes in the transition area and its impact on other areas. We would like to have as much input as possible and would appreciate any ideas or thoughts you could offer. Even if you are uncertain of your role in the event this year, please plan on attending.

The date for the 2012 Bremen Kiwanis Kids Triathlon has been set! Mark your calendars for July 14, 2012.
